By giving us your mobile number and requesting that we contact you, you consent to receive scheduling and account text messages about your request. Marketing messages (news and updates) are sent only if you separately check the optional consent box. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of receiving care or of requesting an appointment.
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan and carrier. We and the wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
