Practice Manager
Run the daily operations of a brand-new family practice: staff, scheduling, billing oversight, and most importantly, the patient experience that makes everyone feel cared for like family.
- Oversee daily operations and staff scheduling
- Manage patient flow, intake, and front-desk experience
- Assist with patient acquisition and marketing efforts
- Coordinate with billing, insurance, and credentialing partners
- Be the operational backbone the providers and team can rely on
- Prior practice or clinic management experience preferred
- Comfortable with EHR systems and clinic workflows
- Calm, organized, and a strong communicator

Medical Assistant
Provide direct clinical support to our providers and patients. It's the role at the heart of every great family-medicine experience. You're often the first person patients see, and the warmth you bring sets the tone for everything.
- Room patients, take vitals, document medical history
- Assist with exams, procedures, and in-office testing
- Prepare exam rooms and maintain clinical supplies
- Coordinate referrals, prior auths, and follow-up care
- Make every patient feel like family, from start to finish
- CMA or CCMA certification preferred (or equivalent experience)
- One or more years of clinical or family-practice experience helpful
- Warm bedside manner; your default is care
- Shines your light on every patient who walks through the door
- Excited to help build something where people feel genuinely seen
Front Desk
You're the first face every patient sees and the first voice they hear. You set the tone for the whole visit: a warm welcome at the door, and a front office that runs smoothly behind the scenes.
- Greet and check in patients with genuine warmth
- Answer calls, schedule appointments, and manage the calendar
- Verify insurance and collect copays at check-in
- Keep the waiting room and front office calm and welcoming
- Be the friendly hub that keeps patients and providers in sync
- Front-desk or medical-office experience preferred
- Comfortable with scheduling and EHR systems
- Warm, organized, and unflappable on a busy day
- A natural on the phone and in person
- Brings care to every patient and teammate interaction
Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant
See patients alongside our founding physician and help deliver whole-person family medicine to Wilmington. As a founding provider, you'll shape how care feels here: unhurried, relationship-based, and built around the patient.
- Evaluate and treat patients of all ages, acute and chronic
- Deliver preventive care, physicals, and ongoing disease management
- Partner closely with the physician on complex cases
- Document care in the EHR and coordinate referrals
- Help a growing panel of patients feel genuinely cared for
- Licensed NP or PA in North Carolina (or eligible)
- Family or primary care experience preferred
- Practices whole-person, relationship-based medicine
- Warm bedside manner and a steady, collaborative style
- Excited to help build a practice from the ground up
